Nguyen Trung Thang, Ph.D. - Masso Group, Chairman

Thang is the founder of Masso Group and acts as Chairman. He has multiple-year marketing experiences in a blue chip company on the local and Asian market. His last posting before founding Masso Group was Business Development Manager for Shell East Zone (Asia Pacific), where he participated in retail strategy and business development across 40 Asian countries. During his working time in Asia, he got an extensive working experience with Mckinsey & Company, the world leading consulting company. Expert in both consumer and retail marketing, particularly marketing communications and strategic branding, Thang has solid records in elaborating marketing strategies, numerous branding and integrated marketing communication projects are under his supervision for International and Vietnamese companies.

Khanh Nguyen - Masso Group, Managing Partner

Khanh started his career in marketing with Shell, Unilever and then dedicated his interest in advertising industry for more than 15 years. He worked for work for global advertising agencies like Lowe, Grey , Leo Burnet and Havas before leading joining Masso Group's BoDs.  With extensive experience in creative, account management and media, Khanh is currently advising creative works for clients at Masso Group. 

Xuyen Nguyen -  Executive Director

Xuyen is an entrepreneur motivated by business digital transformation. He’s got a few years’ management experience working in Vietnam, Singapore and Australia spanning innovation strategy, project management and a C-level client engagement. Xuyen joined Masso Group in 2006 where he primarily adopted ‘P.O.E.M’ coaching method to lay the foundation for later success and then moved on to work in local agency (Look advertising), gained international agency experience in Australia (Leba agency) and really got hooked in entrepreneurship in global agencies (OMG Asia, JWT). He has shaped and managed delivery of complex regional digital & IMC solutions through cross-discipline and geographically dispersed teams while operationalising processes for efficiency and scalability.  The clients he’s served both BTL and ATL services (before joining Masso Group) includes Unza, Unilever, Taft, MoneyGram, Vinaphone, Shark Tank, Van Phat Hung… Xuyen is also a servant leader who places high values on collaboration, hard-working, integrity, caring and well-beings of others. Xuyen holds a degree of marketing, Charles Sturt University, on Campus Australia where he won THE AWARD ACADEMY. He’s a graduate of the Applied Science of Marketing at Holmesglen Institute in Melbourne and also a professional marketer, recognised by SOL Australian Government

Cao Thi Thu Hue - Senior Account Manager

Hue has more than 5 years of experiences with account management at Densu agency before joining Masso Group. At Masso Group Hue is taking care of key account management as Senior Account Manager 

Jackie Nguyen -  Head of Design

Jackie has been working with Masso Group since the date of graduation. He was rotated to play multiple management positions within Masso Group, including design, production and event operation management. With extensive experiences in event production and 3D design, Jackie is now assigned to function as Head of design and events team. 

Nguyen Kieu Trinh -  Event Director

Trinh is very experienced in event management in Vietnam context, particularly corporate events, marketing events. Trinh has 10-year experience of event management in Vietnam context, particularly corporate events, marketing events.  She has been managing many successful client events at Masso Group, such as Honey Well, Vingroup,  Castrol, Casio, Tetra Pak, P&G, Eva air …

Royal Ngo (Ngo Hoang Gia Mr.) - Media Manager

Royal (Mr.Gia) graduated from FPT Uni. He has 4 experienced years in PR, Copywriter, Digital & Media (Intergration, Eva, Heineken, SunGroup, VinGroup, Fashion TV,....). In Masso Group, he is holding the position as Media Manager. His key roles are Media Solutions & Optimization to serve the best results for customers.

Tu Nguyen  -  PR Manager

Tu started her PR career in Hanoi for a PR agency. She then worked on PR/communications in banking and estate  estate industries across big brans in Vietnam such as Vietin Bank, VP bank, Quoc Cuong real estate. Tu has got extensive media relations and PR experiences across industries IT, banking, real estate, FMCGs...

Han Le, MA - Social Media/Content Adviser

Han hold a Master degree in English language teaching from Assumption Uiniversity. She has been working on social marketing across International brands, including Singapore Tourism Board, EVA air, Biotrade, VMI...With experiences on content marketing and social marketing areas, Han is responsible for developing digital integration solutions and integrating them with traditional communications for customers at Masso Group.

 

Dương Thu Trang - Masso Hanoi,  Chief Rep.

Trang is current holding Chief Representative of Masso Hanoi after accumulating extensive experiences across areas in 10 years working with Masso Group.


In addition to 50 key management staff, Masso Group  has a professional pool of International experts, freelance consultants and and part-time staff,  which can be promptly teamed up when needed. The effective combination of key management staff with professional freelancers allows the group to meet clients' expectations even in the most difficult conditions, always respecting timing and resources.
