THANG TRUNG NGUYEN, PhD
Founder & CEO
Dr. Thang is the founder of Masso Australia and acts as CEO. He has multiple-year marketing experiences in a blue chip company on Asian Pacific markets. His previous role before founding Masso Australia was Business Development Manager for Shell East Zone (Asia Pacific), where he participated in retail strategy and business development across 40 Asian countries. During his active time in Asia, he gained extensive working experience with Mckinsey & Company, the world leading consulting company. Being an expert in both consumer and retail marketing, particularly marketing communications and strategic branding, Thang has solid records in elaborating marketing strategies. Numerous branding and integrated marketing communications projects are under his supervision for both international and local companies.
Han hold a Masters degree in English language teaching from Assumption Uiniversity. She has been working on social marketing across both international and local brands, including Singapore Tourism Board, EVA Airways, Biotrade, Häfele, Amway, MSD, Vinhomes, Vinmart/Vinmart+, Vincom… With experience of content marketing and social marketing, Han is responsible for developing digital integration solutions and integrating them with traditional communications for customers at Masso Group. She also has strong management skills gained from her previous position as an executive director of the Vietnam Marketing and Management Institute.
Head of Digital Integration
James graduated from Curtin University– Australia in Business Administration. He has a lot of hands-on experience with digital-based communication campaigns of big brands like OMO, Clear, Comfort, Samsung… Before joining Masso Group, James worked in global agencies (Ogilvy, Grey) and Digital media agencies such as Early Risers Media and MMS. With his IMC and digital experiences, James is confident to lead any communication projects, particularly digital-based IMC. Currently James is leading Masso DI (Digital Integration@Massogroup).
NGUYEN VIET VU
Head of Public Relations
Vu started his PR career with APCO Worldwide since graduation. Vu has joined Masso Group since 2005 and now the Head of PR team at Masso Group. He has accumulated intensive brands communications experiences across industries including FCGG, Health care, Hightech, Real estate… At Masso Group, Vu is leading business development team across Marcom activities.
Head of Activation & MO
Jackie has been working with Masso Group since the date of graduation. He was rotated to play multiple management positions within Masso Group, including design,production and operation management. With extensive experiences in production and operation and team management, Jackie is now assigned to function as Executive Director of MO, a Subsidiary of Masso Group specializing on field & activation marketing with operation excellence oriented.
Strategic Planning Manager
Aeris studied business administration at Foreign Trade University. She has dedicated her career in strategic planning across branding and communications industries consistently from the beginning. She started her career as strategic planner at Creative Asia agency, then was a brand management for Vera brand. As such Aeris can understand both sides of agency and client, thus always meet clients’ requirements of branding and communications strategic planning. She is leading the team at Masso to conquer any planning challenges.
